In July 2013, Geo&Land has been contracted by Deloitte/USAID to implement the land expropriation process in 3000ha of the Brezovica Resort.
Geo&Land has been chosen as a services provider company with prior experience and knowledge on expropriation procedures and spatial planning requirements.Main task of this project was to create an application for expropriation of privately and socially owned properties within the Brezovica Resort Development Footprint in accordance with Law Nr. 03/1-139 Law on expropriation of immovable property.
The first phase of the project was realized within record time (30 days).
